The Corporette goddess & The shirtless chef present:
The Corporette Goddess Week Day meal prep
Moguls & Mogulettes,
We've talked about self-care when it comes to your mental/emotional health, but we haven't really focused much on your physical health. Remember, we always want to keep a healthy balance between our mental and physical health so that we are able to perform at the best of our abilities. Besides exercising regularly and drinking plenty of water, we want to be sure we maintain a healthy diet.
But if you're schedule is anything like mine, you probably don't have time to make breakfast or lunch regularly. Hell, some days I barely have time to grab a granola bar on my way out the door.
No worries, all 8 of our Corporette Meal Prep recipes were created with your convenience in mind because we know that there's never enough time in the day for a boss! We also don't want to break your pockets. Just prepare these on a Sunday afternoon, and you're set for the week! We've included meals for breakfast and lunch, plus a few snacks to keep you going until dinner. Don't worry, we've got you covered!
Be sure to give them a try, and let us know which ones are your favorite! I haven't been able to try them all myself yet, but the Golden Strawberry Smoothie is AHH-MAZING.

about The Shirtless Chef:
Devin Epps, a.k.a Chef Dev, founded The Shirtless Chef from the campus of the University of South Alabama, in Mobile, Alabama. He started his entrepreneurial journey by making healthy, home-cooked, meals for the student body and urban community. Since then, his shirtless culinary skills have captured the attention of local news stations and even that of the well-known culinary talk show, The Rachel Ray Show!
When I was first introduced to Chef Dev, I was immediately drawn to the fact that he built his business around his individuality and passion. I mean, come on people, a shirtless chef? It's bold, it's unconventional and it's very creative. I totally love it. That is exactly the kind of creativity that I hope to encourage and inspire with my blog. There IS a way for us young professionals to use our passion and personality to flourish, and that's exactly what Devin has done! You can find more information about The Shirtless Chef's history in my article, "A Taste For Business."
I want to thank Chef Dev for being such a pleasure to work with and for helping our vision come to life. I just hope he remembers me when he's a celebrity chef!
If you're interested in learning the best culinary tips and tricks then be sure to stay tuned for The Shirtless Chef's upcoming Youtube series, Chef University! You'll be able to explore the kitchen with The Shirtless Chef himself.
